and Large SME organisations in the UK and internationally. We currently work with c
100 brands including, Booking.com, Which?, YMCA, Just Eat, , Permanent TSB, Haynes,
WWF and Vinci.

Low&Behold is constantly looking to improve its EVP, and we offer the option of a 9 day
working fortnight, as well as flexible working, life cover, and 33 days, leave (based on a 5
day week incl, bank holidays).

The overall aim of the role:

We’re looking for a spectacular Paid Manager to join us to run paid social and paid search
ad campaigns for our clients. You’ll work with our strategy, social media and creative
teams to formulate, set-up, monitor and evaluate the advertising campaigns for a range
of brands to enable them to increase brand awareness and gain customers and sales.
You’ll also get involved in various other tasks in managing our clients’ paid social
media accounts.

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and reporting on paid
social and paid search. The role’s primary function is to deeply understand client goals, devise campaigns, monitor campaign quality and report and optimise. Consistently and proactively evaluate new opportunities to maximise 

efficiency, automation, machine learning and AI performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing test and learn hypotheses/campaign activity concerning paid activity
  • Voice of paid within the agency and seen as the go-to expert for all things paid
  • Collate, analyse and create performance reports for paid activity and provide actionable recommendations for next steps/future activity.
  • Seeks out new paid product offerings, vets and implements as appropriate
  • Support and collaborate with peer social media managers on their activity where needed
  • Work closely with our SEO team on SEM campaigns to gain the best results for clients
  • Planning, designing, setting up, testing and monitoring ad campaigns on multiple social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Researching, planning, setting up, monitoring and scaling up Google ad campaigns, including search, YouTube ads and Google shopping
  • Analysing, evaluating and reporting on the success of ad campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with trends and changes in digital marketing and formulating new ideas
  • Evaluation and recommendation tools and tech that improves performance, including machine learning and AI
  • Communicating with clients to keep them updated about plans, progress and results
  • Having the commercial success of our clients at the forefront of every action you undertake
Role Skills and Attributes:
  • Understands the relationship between paid, owned, and earned social
  • Deep understanding of paid social media platforms and tools and paid search
  • Understanding of analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Adobe SiteCatalyst)
  • Develops solid knowledge of our brands, category, channels and processes
  • Maintains an understanding of new and evolving product offerings
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media advertising, including advertising
    formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance
    and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and
    services
  • Familiarity of monitoring campaign financials, budgets
  • Experience in running social media campaigns and using native ads management
    tools across social and paid channels
  • Experience of running Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and
    Pinterest advertising campaigns.
  • At least one Google ads certification, ideally in Search or Video. (If you already
    have the relevant skills; certification can be obtained from Google Skillshop to
    support your application.)
  • Analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to contextualise and present data.
