We are a team of 40+ across creative, social media, UX, design, development and SEO. Our aim is to build fame and success to be the agency of first choice for Small Cap Plc. and Large SME organisations in the UK and internationally. We and currently work with c 100 brands including, Booking.com, Which?, YMCA, Just Eat, Ring, Permanent TSB, Haynes, WWF and Vinci.

Low&Behold is constantly looking to improve its EVP and we offer the option of a 9-day working fortnight as well as flexible working, life cover, and 33 days leave (based on a 5-day week incl bank holidays).

Overall aim of the role:

We’re looking for a spectacular manager to join us to manage the social media for a diverse range of clients to increase their brand awareness, grow their audiences, and generate leads and customers. You’ll work within our social team and collaborate closely with our creative team to formulate ideas, craft engaging content, run advertising campaigns, interact with online communities and report on results.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing successful social media campaigns and always on social programmes on behalf of our clients
  • Researching, planning, writing and scheduling social media content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn for a variety of brands.
  • More of a B2C focused-expertise, understanding of the end consumer and how to best use social to meet a client’s goals and objectives
  • Maintaining and optimising social media profiles.
  • Interacting with audiences and customers on behalf of our clients via social media.
  • Planning and running advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Working with our graphic designers to create briefs for visually engaging content.
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on the success of social media campaigns.
  • Keeping up to date with trends and changes within social media and the wider digital marketing industry.
  • Communicating with clients to keep them updated about plans, progress and results.
  • Having the commercial success of our clients at the forefront of every action you undertake. 

Role Skills and attributes:

  • At least 2 years of experience in running social media campaigns, on a variety of platforms, for brands.
  • Expertise across predominantly B2C social media platforms – Meta, Tiktok, Twitter
  • Impeccable written English skills and attention to detail.
  • Develops solid knowledge of our clients, category, channels and processes
  • Understands the relationship between paid, owned, and earned social
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media advertising, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
  • Familiarity of monitoring campaign financials and budgets
  • Analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to contextualise and present data clearly, and create reports on social media performance
  • Any influencer marketing experience would be beneficial
