We operate 2 agency brands, Low&Behold and FKC London, and are part of Elaph Media PLC a growing publishing, communications, and technology group working across the UK and the MENA region.
As a full-service service agency of 40+ we have dedicated teams in Strategy, Creative, Video, UX, Development, Social Media and SEO working across our 4 office locations. We currently work predominantly in Retail, Charity, Consumer Healthcare, Education and B2B with over 40 brands that include Superdrug, YMCA, Just Eat, Wash & Go, WWF, Save The Children.

About the Role:
As a social media content creator, you’ll be responsible for the creation of best in class content for our clients to support their social media strategies.
To excel in the role, it is essential that you’ll be close to the latest social media trends and have in-depth knowledge of the platforms and what content works best for each and have technical proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Creative Cloud. A customer-first mindset will mean that the content you create is tailored towards our client’s target audience in a relevant, compelling, and engaging way.
You’ll be confident in collaborating with our social and creative teams as needed, but being directly responsible for planning, shooting and editing social content yourself. It is essential that you have the agility to both long-term content plan but also quickly react to social and cultural moments or client requests with a quick turnaround of content when needed.
Main responsibilities:
Social Content planning: Creation of content calendars and plans which are aligned with client goals and the social strategy, and presenting these to clients.
Social Content Creation: Planning, shooting and editing content as needed across both static and video outputs, covering both visual and written content. This covers the suite of social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to name a few.
Social Content Writing: Writing both long and short-form content for social, which is suited to the tone of voice of the brand and engaging for the target audience. This may extend to other areas of marketing when needed.
Industry Trends and Updates: Stay at the forefront of social media trends, any platform updates, and what other brands are doing to cut through the noise. Sharing inspiration and using this knowledge to deliver creative and innovative content for our clients.
Engaging with clients’ communities and customers to collect content that works in line with the social media strategies.
Ensuring content produced is to the highest standard, with a keen eye for detail and proofing before work is shared with the client.
Working with social media influencers to help produce content where required.
Using data-driven insights to report on the performance of content, working towards KPIs and business goals, developing future content/ideas and sharing this with clients.
Agency marketing: Planning and creation of social media content as required to support agency marketing initiatives.
Supporting the wider social media team: using your knowledge and skills to support them on projects as required.
Prioritising and scheduling content creation and editing effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of social media content creation experience, preferably within a creative or advertising agency environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media content you have created.
Technical Proficiency: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant design software as needed.
Ideation and visualisation: Thinking of creative content ideas for social and bringing them to life.
Personality: Approachable, personable working as part of a team and on solo projects, calm and a capable problem solver who inspires confidence with those around them.
Ambition: To produce content that’s original, unexpected, and relevant wherever possible.
Future focussed: Improving your craft through continual development and training where necessary.
Energy: Thrives in the fast-paced, deadline-rich, multi-project environment of a creative agency with strong time management skills and personal accountability.
